Apply for a Program

Applications are currently open for summer 2026.

Go to the Program Application Materials Folder. You will be granted VIEWER access which will allow you to view and download the required folder for the program you’re interested in.
Return all required forms (reference forms come direct from referees) by email to applications-portland@cisvusa.org. The return deadline is typically in early January. We will update this for 2026 applications in the Fall of 2025. PDF format preferred. Some documents may need to be printed for signature or for your child to complete by hand before you scan/save as PDF.
Complete the CISV Portland Chapter Membership Registration Form and pay your $100 application fee per family – if you have more than 1 child applying, you do not have to pay this fee twice. This fee counts towards your 2025 Family Chapter Membership. Please pay by credit card here >
Come to our MANDATORY Program Application Event, the Program Introduction Mini-Camp (PIMC). This will be an overnight event Saturday, Jan 31 – Sunday, Feb 1. More information to follow.
