We’re hosting a Youth Meeting AND Fortnight

Help us host two amazing programs at the same time!

The requests for homestays are already rolling in…and whether you’re near or far, we welcome all contributions as we welcome the country and world to Portland later this summer. Our camps will run from July 13 – July 27 and we need volunteers for the following committees:

• Food Planning and Prep: What food do we need to buy and how much should we get?! Help us figure out how to feed these kids!

• Hospitality and Excursions: Help us plan Leaders’ night out, day trips, and more

• Set Up/Tear Down: Help us load in July 13th and load out July 27th

• Laundry/Bedding: Collect the needed items, and coordinate a team of families to get the clothes clean!

• Transportation and Hosting: organize airport drivers and families to host our out of town guests for a night or 2

• Medical and Emergency Planning: Help us make an evacuation plan, first aid kit, and more
