All Family Event – Bon Voyage Picnic + AGM

Join us for picnic fun and games/our Annual General Meeting!
That’s right – 3 birds, 1 picnic area. Let’s welcome the summer, send off our delegations to the Czech Republic, Sweden, Luxembourg, Italy, and Germany, AND take care of business at the same time.
This event is a potluck so please bring food to share. CISV Portland will provide the plates, cutlery, napkins, cups, and drinks. A-H – please bring a main course. I-M please bring dessert. N-Z, please bring salad or side.
Rain or shine! We will have pop up tents!
NOTE: the AGM will be from 530pm-6pm so please be there. We need at least half of our member families to be there to vote! Agenda will be circulated ahead of the event
